Google has a VPN that it only offers to Google One Premium subscribers. The company is finally adding its VPN to Android and iOS devices for its subscribers. With this, the company has fulfilled the promise it made back in October 2020 to bring the VPN service to iOS devices.

Google One VPN is available in 18 countries, listed below. However, it is only available to Google One members with 2TB of Google storage and up. The only limitation to this service is that it cannot get an IP address in another country that can help unlock web services and websites.

However, Google has also added a safe disconnect feature for Android that shuts down the internet once the VPN is turned off. This is an excellent quality of life feature that will ensure our data stays secure. Users can also select specific apps to bypass the VPN.

Setting up Google One VPN

 1. Install the Google One app on an Android device.

2. Open the app and select Benefits at the top.

3. Find the VPN benefit and select View details.
