Take-Two, the parent company of Rockstar, might announce GTA 6 release date or shed some light on the development of the game on March 5th, 2020.
Fans have been waiting for any update regarding Grand Theft Auto 6 for really long. However, after the news of Rockstar co-founder leaving the company, fans are wondering if GTA 6 is even coming out.
Well, there’s a hope of light as we might get an update on GTA 6 soon.
Take-Two announced that it “plans to present at the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media & Telecom Conference in San Francisco” on Thursday, March 5th, 2020.
Take-Two’s Chance To Stand Strong
This conference is a big deal for Take-Two as Dan Houser will also be departing from Rockstar in March 2020. It’s a perfect time to put some words out on something big like GTA 6 to instill the trust of people in Rockstar Games.
As per the announcement, Take-Two will not discuss “historical facts” during the presentation. The company will only focus on “forward-looking statements.”
“These forward-looking statements may be identified by words such as “anticipates,” “believes,” “estimates,” “expects,” “intends,” “plans,” “potential,” “predicts,” “projects,” “seeks,” “should,” “will,” or words of similar meaning,” said Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.
The company also mentioned that the outcome and results of these “forward-looking statements” depend on a lot of factors. One of those factors is the company’s “dependence on Grand Theft Auto products” and its “ability to develop other hit titles.”
Nevertheless, we hope one of these “forward-looking statements” to be a possible GTA 6 release date.
Also, Take-Two is concerned after its stock fell by 5% in a single day. The company knows that with no update on GTA 6 and with Dan Houser leaving Rockstar, people’s trust in the company is shaking.
So, if there are “plans” on releasing the next GTA title soon, then there cannot be a better time to announce it.
