We all know that the toned-down variant of the flagship Google Pixel 3 series, dubbed the Pixel 3a, is set to debut at the Google I/O 2019 event real soon. And, it seems like we are bound to keep seeing leaks and rumors until it finally gets unveiled — the most recent one tips at all the specs the device might carry.

According to leakster Roland Quandt, via Twitter, the Pixel 3a is likely to sport a 5.6-inch Full-Screen Full HD+ OLED display and could be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 processor.

With a polycarbonate body, the device might have a 12.2MP rear snapper featuring dual pixel phase detection, autofocus, OIS, and EIS. The one at the front could stand at 8MP with support for fixed focus.

The smartphone is rumored to come equipped with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage and is likely to be backed by a 3,000mAh battery, running Android 9.0 Pie.

In terms of connectivity, the Google Pixel 3a is expected to support USB Type-C port, 3.5mm audio jack, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, GLONASS, and NFC.

Additionally, the smartphone will be accompanied by Google’s Active Edge feature, which enables Google Assistant by squeezing the bottom edges of the smartphone, along with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Previous rumors also hinted at fast charging, Night Vision mode, Portrait mode and a couple more features for the Pixel 3a.

Furthermore, apart from the new smartphone, Google is expected to officially release Android Q, new features for its many products, and more.

As a reminder, the aforementioned are still rumors with nothing concrete backing it. For a more conclusive idea, we need to wait until May 8 when the Pixel 3a will finally make its entry.

However, Google I/O starts later today, and we will keep you posted about everything Google announces. So, stay tuned to this space for all the updates.
