When it comes to the camera, Google Pixel has always been rewarded the top position among flagships like iPhone X, Samsung Galaxy S9, Huawei P20 Pro, etc.
However, with the increasing competition like Sony’s 48 MP phone camera, Google Pixel 3 will have to pack something mind-blowing to take out other players.
Presently, it seems like Google is going to add lots of new features to its camera setup. According to 9to5Google, the speculated dual front-facing camera will introduce something called “super selfies” and will arrive with an “improved portrait mode.”
Furthermore, one of the front-facing camera sensors reportedly has a wide angle lens for improved selfie photography. The leaks also suggest that the camera app will house two new face touching options portrait mode — Natural and Soft.
Regarding the rear camera, Google will include a new Visual Core chip that will improve the Pixel camera performance to a great extent. The company has also decided to stick with a single lens camera at the back.
As per the previous leaks, Google Pixel 3 holds a 12.2 MP rear camera and 8.1 MP front dual-facing camera at the front. While massive Pixel leaks have been flooding in, including the camera samples, there is no official confirmation on the exact specifications of the device.
