Samsung is finally gearing up to launch its next generation of premium flagship smartphones. The South Korean tech giant has finally announced the Galaxy Unpacked event 2023. In addition to the Galaxy S23 series, the event is also expected to debut in the Galaxy Book 3 series.

This is the first time in three years that the company will be hosting an in-person flagship smartphone launch event. The event will be live-streamed worldwide and showcase the next generation of Samsung’s flagship smartphones.

The main focus of the Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event will be the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S23 series. According to various reports and leaks, the Galaxy S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip.

Another major upgrade for the S23 series would be the better cameras. According to many sources, including Ice Universe, the Galaxy S23 Ultra is rumored to come with a massive 200-megapixel main camera. It will also have a 12MP ultrawide and a 10MP telephoto camera.

The base S23 Ultra is expected to come with 8/12GB DDR5X RAM and 256GB internal memory. Users can get 8GB or 12GB variants, depending on where they live. As for the other specs, it is also expected to have a 6.8-inch display, a 40MP front camera, and a 5,000mAh battery.

On the other hand, the Galaxy S23 and S23+ would come with a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultrawide, and a 10MP 3x telephoto triple camera setup. Both models are also expected to come with a 12MP selfie camera with Optical Image Stabilization and autofocus.

Samsung is also planning to launch the Galaxy Book 3 during the Unpacked 2023 event. The launch lineup will include the Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Ultra, Galaxy Book 3 Pro, and Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360. The laptops are expected to launch with Intel 13th Gen processors.
