Apple’s $19 Polishing Cloth gained popularity after Apple’s October event, with orders on a waitlist. Tesla has now joined in with its latest overpriced product, the Tesla Cyberwhistle.
Tesla planned to produce its all-electric Cybertruck in late 2021, but it pushed the date to sometime in 2022. The new Cyberwhistle is indeed a whistle that looks like a Cybertruck. Likewise, Elon Musk announced the new product via a tweet.
Musk’s tweet says, “Blow the whistle on Tesla,” which could indicate that he’s mocking the Tesla whistleblowers.
Don’t waste your money on that silly Apple Cloth, buy our whistle instead!
— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) December 1, 2021
Minutes after the Tesla Cyberwhistle announcement, Musk urged users not to waste their money on Apple’s ‘silly’ washing cloth. Upon opening the Cyberwhistle link, this is what the product page mentions:
Inspired by Cybertruck, the limited-edition Cyberwhistle is a premium collectible made from medical-grade stainless steel with a polished finish. The whistle includes an integrated attachment feature for added versatility.
The Cybertruck-themed whistle can be found among Tesla’s set of lifestyle products. Tesla’s website also sells a $150 decanter, the $45 desktop charger, the $35 S3XY mug, and other products. Cyberwhistle is available for a final price of $50. Also, you can even check with Apple. Cyberwhistle’s product page shows that it is out of stock, and it is not sure when it will come back.
