The iPhone 13 launch event is live now and Apple has announced the next generation of its iPhone companion, i.e. Apple Watch Series 7. Previous rumors suggested that the availability of the smartwatch could be delayed due to production hurdles, but now we have an idea of what the next-gen Apple Watch has in store.
Of course, the new model is going to be a considerable upgrade over the Series 6. However, there is no upgraded version of Watch SE.

A big highlight this year is the increased case size for the Apple Watch Series 7 which has now been increased to 45mm from 44mm on the Series 6. However, we still have a smaller 40mm version as well.
It now comes with USB-C compatible wireless charger as opposed to the USB-C on existing models.
As far as the availability is concerned, the Apple Watch Series 7 will be up for preorders later this fall.
